The Mobilis Performance Injury Prevention Course is a series of three 1-day courses designed for coaches of all athletics events at all levels. The courses are also aimed at personal trainers, fitness instructors, sports therapists, occupational health nurses, strength and conditioning coaches, sports massage therapists, complimentary therapists, P.E teachers, aerobics teachers and other studio-based exercise tutors.
Whether you are interested in injury prevention, optimal performance or back care, the application of biomechanics will impact profoundly on your understanding and management of them.
UK Athletics endorses and highly recommends the courses.
“Having had 13 operations during my career, I know the importance of injury prevention programmes. I believe every coach should attend these courses. I have no doubt the courses will help coaches understand and implement injury prevention, and develop high performance programmes for their athletes.” – Derek Redmond, Commonwealth UK, European and World Champion and now UKA Senior Co-ordinator for sprints and hurdles.

The first phase is where we teach very quick, simple and safe ways of how to measure the way the body works and how the body is compensating for any biomechanical problems.
1. Introduction to Biomechanical and Exercise Models.
2. Introduction to screening tests to identify potential biomechanical weaknesses.
