Heel Tube Sheet 40x60cm
Tube sheets are continuous pieces of fabric with an opening at each end. They can be used to move a patient up and down a bed, to sit a patient up or to turn a patient whilst sat on a bed. Tube sheets are available in a range of sizes to cater for everyone's needs. The Heel sheet for example can be placed under a patient's heels when a carer is moving them into a sitting position. This will help reduce the risk of friction burns and pressure points. Patient Care now offers Tube Sheets with or without handles. Please state at the time of ordering if you require handles.
Features
Patient Care Slide Sheet and Tubes are specially designed using ultra low friction, purpose made fabric. This enables patients to be moved very easily with minimal physical effort thus reducing the risk of injury to the patient and carer.
The material will not rip and if it is snagged it will regain its original shape and self repair, making it very durable and strong. The range includes a wide choice of sizes, starting from mini heel sheets up to double bed size sheets.
