Flexaball 65cm Blue
Flexaballs are all burst resistant quality. They are coated with a substance which resists the tendency to collapse suddenly if the ball becomes punctured.
Instead, they should collapse slowly and let the user down gently, thereby allowing time to stand up safely and reducing the possibility of injury.
Flexaballs can be used for all elements of core stability training, improve endurance, increase strength and mobility, enhance balance and co-ordination and improve posture.
Flexaball comes complete with a complete body workout programme, measuring tape for sizing and a pump.
