We validate your order and credit or debit card details you submit to us before your order can be accepted. Once that has been done, we will confirm that your order has been received by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address you provide in your registration form.

Subject to further validation checks we may choose to make, our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding agreement between us.

The Mobilis Healthcare Group reserves the right to restrict the number of items available for sale to any individual customer. All orders are subject to availability. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.

We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards. Payment will be debited from your account before the dispatch of your purchase.

All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. We may also submit your date of birth and the value of your order to Experian* Ltd. We will not be liable for any delays to your order this may cause. This information may be retained by Experian Ltd for future validation enquiries by other companies. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. Orders can only be delivered to UK addresses. 

Price information

The Mobilis Healthcare Group has taken great care to ensure prices are accurate. Prices may change over time, so if you use your shopping list within the shopping area as a way of re-ordering items, prices on your previous order may no longer be valid. However, the correct prices will be applied when you select an item from the shopping list and add to your current basket. All prices include VAT where appropriate. Promotions and prices you see on the Mobilis Healthcare website may not apply when purchasing products through the catalogue.

Email alerts

If a user wishes to subscribe to our alerts, updates, briefings etc. we ask for contact and delivery information such as name and email address. All of these email lists provide opt out facilities online and with each email broadcast. In some cases the user is asked to provide optional demographic and personal interest information that is used to keep our content as relevant as possible.

Return policy

If you are not satisfied with any product or services you have purchased from us, you may return the product to us or cancel the entitlement to services and obtain a refund of the price of the returned Product or Service entitlement if you contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery of the product or entering into the contract for the purchase of Services.

Warranty

All claims must be made in writing to the following email info@mobilishealthcare.com. You can also contact the Customer Service Department for a Return Goods Authority (RGA) on 0161 678 0233 from 0900 to 1700, Monday to Friday. At our discretion, we will replace the goods or refund the purchase price of any item returned and proved to our satisfaction to be faulty subject to a claim being made within the warranty period. No liability will be accepted in relation to, consequential injury damage or loss of revenue arising from defective items, whether such a claim arises from defective items, whether such a claim arises in contract or otherwise. Your statutory rights will not be affected. The goods to which the claim refers to must be returned with the completed RGA certifying the decontamination status, suitably packed, carriage paid and accompanied by proof of purchase and details of the nature of the defect to: Mobilis Healthcare Group Ltd, 100 Shaw Road, Oldham, Lancashire, OL1 4AY.

If the above conditions are not complied with, the guarantee will not apply and we will be relieved of responsibility.

For just £3.50, we can deliver your order straight to your home, your neighbour or your workplace - whichever is most convenient for you. The delivery address and the time the order is placed will determine the exact delivery dates. Please use the tables below for guidance.
