What are the benefits of leasing?

  • Leasing rentals are 100% allowable against pre-tax profit.
  • Releases capital that would otherwise have been spent on buying the equipment.
  • Get the equipment that you require today as opposed to the equipment your immediate budget allows.
  • Fixed payments allows you to budget effectively.
  • The equipment can be upgraded at any point through the duration of the Lease.
  • Alternative source of credit. The Lease won’t affect your other credit lines, so you can stay on the leading edge of equipment technology, and dedicate your existing funding sources to other projects.

What is a lease?

A contract between the lessor (owner) and the lessee (user) for the give of equipment.


Can new companies obtain leasing?

Yes, we can arrange for leasing to be obtained for any type of institution.


Can we purchase the item at the end of the term?

It is possible to do this if required. Hire Purchase contracts are also available on request.

Why did NHS Trusts start leasing?

The introduction of the Governments Private Funding Initiative (PFI)in May 1993 opened up the NHS Market to private sector funding, including offers a flexible and viable solution to the problem of buying expensive equipment.
